We understand your concerns, because we’re property owners too. In fact, we’ve been in the business for over fifty years managing our own family-owned buildings throughout the five boroughs.
Now in our fourth generation, we offer highly personalized boutique-style service, with the expertise usually found only at the largest firms. Our Senior Management all have extensive backgrounds with large corporations, yet are part of our team because they believe in our customized philosophy.
Our performance has been recognized by various industry organizations, including “The New York Cooperator” as well as the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, who recently bestowed the prestigious “Management Company of the Year” award upon Delta Management.
We have extensive experience managing co-ops and condos throughout the city. In addition, we manage rental properties for third party owners and for ourselves.
